Watermelon Slushies!

  • 300 ml coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 handfuls of frozen watermelon pieces
  • A splash of coconut oil optional
  • A splash of pure maple or agave nectar


  • Blend until smooth! If you're not using a Vitamix or high-powered blender, you might need to defrost the watermelon a little first, because it freezes into super-hard blocks.
  • Enjoy!

      They are soooo good – you have to try! I’m now planning how much watermelon I can stockpile in my freezer to get me through the winter! 🙂
