Ever since I first made these apple ‘cupcakes’, I’ve wondered about making a Jaffa version.
It was a beautiful, sunny day in Perth today and as I skipped around the fresh produce aisles of my local shop I spotted free samples of fresh, vibrant oranges in season. Super sweet and juicy, they were just perfect for a simple Sunday snack of choc-orange goodness.
With a grin I skipped home, topped them with raw cacao nibs and gobbled them up!
Worried that apple would feel left out, I also made a couple of apple ‘cupcakes’ topped with peanut butter, goji berries, and raw coconut shavings. SO fast, fresh and simple and choc full of vitamins, sunshine and fun!
Enjoy, glitterbugs! See you tomorrow! xx
Oehh! That looks tasty! Love the apple-idea!
Ohhhh the peanut butter offsets the apple tang perfectly. SO GOOD. 🙂
Hehe I love doing this! It makes an apple snack feel very special 🙂
It sure does! 🙂
Cute!! Let’s cover all of our fruit with yummy stuff! Yay!
hehe, YEAH! Never enough fruity fun.
You just have some of the cutest ideas! These would be so cute on a platter at a party. Or brunch. Or right now in my kitchen. Wanna come over? 😉
haha, I would love to! See you in ten minutes! 😉
