WOW, you Sydney-siders sure have some cool venues in town!
The new Work-Shop in Chippendale hosts a range of creative classes and workshops to help you unleash your inner awesome. Bright and funky, it was the perfect place for me to teach a Raw Chocolate Workshop a couple of weeks ago.
Sixteen beautiful souls came along to the hands-on class to get better acquainted with the process of raw chocolate making. After a quick talk about all the health benefits of raw chocolate, we unleashed the messy, delicious fun!
With an assortment of flavour creations (including coconut, goji berry, chilli, sea salt, vanilla, peppermint and peanut) and a ton of giggles, it was the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I would love to host a chocolate workshop here in New Zealand and would be honoured if you would give me some advice in how to have everyone engaged like you did. Did you pre-melt the fat? I don’t see any heating devices. Looks awesome!!! Thanks please
