It’s true! Cacao (chocolate in its raw state) can have powerful health benefits.
It’s chock full of antioxidants (protecting the body from ageing and disease caused by free radicals), loaded with vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, E, and boasts high levels of essential minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium and manganese. It can also boost energy levels and levels of endorphins and serotonin in the brain, helping to improve our mood.
Oh, and did we mention it’s delicious?
In this fun and informative workshop, you’ll receive hands-on experience making your own raw chocolate to take home. You’ll learn how easy it is to design your own flavours and even how to ‘hide’ additional superfoods inside your chocolate to really make your health sparkle!

June 17, 2014 at 12:28 pm (10 years ago)Hi Bex,
Do you have any courses coming up in Sydney soon? I make raw chocolate at home, but would like to improve my skills so that I can start a vegan chocolate business. Look forward to hearing from you. 🙂
