I am incredibly excited to take part in the upcoming Vegan Virtual Potluck on May 12th (organised by the amazing Annie over at An Unrefined Vegan), and you are invited!

More than 60 bloggers have signed up to create a range of amazing vegan dishes for your viewing and reading pleasure. Recipes will be listed in the order of course, starting with appetizers and progressing through to delicious desserts, with buttons provided to guide you through this worldwide eating and drinking celebration! mmmmmm, I feel hungry already…
