It’s no secret that freshly squeezed juice easily kicks bottled juice in the butt.
Fresh is brimming with sparkly vitamins. Bottled is often filled with sugar and pasteurised to death.

Here’s what just one glass will getcha:
Orange – Vitamins C, A, B6, thiamine, folate, calcium, magnesium, potassium, antioxidants.
Lemon – Vitamin C and antioxidants.
Ginger – Antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.
Carrot – Vitamins A and K, B6, C and E, antioxidants, folate, thiamine, niacin, potassium and manganese.
Best of all? You’ll feel all sparkly and can be that annoying person who smiles at everyone on the train in the mornings. Or if you want to be more subtle about it, wait until you get to work and then start blinding everyone with your pearly whites.

- 2 Oranges, peeled
- 1 Lemon, peeled
- 1-inch piece of Ginger, peeled
- 10 - 12 carrots, ends trimmed
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper (to really wake you up!)
- 2 handfuls Kale (the colour won't be pretty but you'll feel amazing)
- Push all ingredients through a juicer.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
