August 3, 2013 at 12:09 pm (12 years ago)Hi,
I love your website and have been a big fan for a while now. I must say I am very excited about your shop opening up in Freo!
I was wondering if you could help me. I would like to buy a juicer that is excellent at juicing ginger. I have heard that alot of them get clogged up when juicing.
Can you please advise me of the best juicer you have used please?
Thank you,
Jody

August 5, 2013 at 4:50 pm (12 years ago)Hi Jody!
Oooh I think my Facebook post must have been a little confusing – it’s actually The Raw Kitchen who are opening up a larger premises in Fremantle. Exciting stuff! 🙂
I must say, our cold-pressed juicer struggles a little with ginger (and celery), so you might be best with the regular kind of juicer. The Raw Kitchen might possibly be able to give you a demo of each kind??

December 12, 2013 at 1:23 am (11 years ago)If I have l have allergies to Bananas, melons and avocados is it easy to adjust your recipes to accommodate this?
* Vegan Sparkles *
December 12, 2013 at 10:22 am (11 years ago)Absolutely, Diana! I don’t often use melons in recipes. Coconut cream and/or young coconut flesh can be used instead of bananas and avocado in smoothies or desserts.
I’ll help you with more support (and alternatives) during The Sparkle Project. 🙂 x
