vegan margarine

coconut oil

very ripe bananas
mashed

plain flour
I used a gluten-free all purposes flour

baking soda

vanilla almond milk

vanilla
or the seeds from half a pod

cinnamon

allspice

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175C / 350F.
Spray a 4x8 inch bread pan with non stick cooking spray or lightly coat with margarine.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
Cream together the margarine, melted coconut oil and agave.
Add bananas, almond milk and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix well. Pour batter into pan. Bake for an hour.
