coconut water

frozen banana

handfuls of frozen watermelon pieces
A splash of coconut oil
optional
A splash of pure maple or agave nectar
Instructions
Blend until smooth! If you're not using a Vitamix or high-powered blender, you might need to defrost the watermelon a little first, because it freezes into super-hard blocks.
