Healthy 'Cherry Ripe' Smoothie

Goodies
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 1½ tsp pure vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1½ cups frozen, pitted cherries
  • ½ cup organic, shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Handful of ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into blender, liquids first.
  2. Blend on low speed, then high, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses, decorate with cherries, cacao nibs and shredded coconut, and enjoy! x
