Wild Berry Fool Smoothies

Serves: 2
  • 2 cups filtered water or coconut water
  • 3 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 large frozen banana (peeled)
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (organic, unsweetened)
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  1. Pop all ingredients into blender, water first.
  2. Blend on low speed, gently building up to high speed, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
