In reply to Susan. It sure is, Susan. :-) You just need to remove the mixture from the freezer and give it a hard stir to break up ice crystals every 30 minutes until it freezes hard (which should be about 2 or 3 hours).

I don’t have an ice cream maker…and living in Greece, I’m not sure if I’ll find one very easily! Is it possible to make this without one…or a version of it just by freezing?
