i make home made seasame and chia snaps but my vegan friends dont eat honey so i may make this instead for them. i wonder if i could put chia seeds in them… what do you use for extra sweetness in things?

In reply to emmycooks. Absolutely!! You could freeze the fruit and make them all year around! :-) They last quite a while once they've been turned into leathers, too. Your kids will love it!

In reply to veghotpot. Absolutely! :-) You could make it with any fruit and you can just blend it in the blender if you like them smoother, and could add sweetener or cinnamon if you fancied it. Give it a try - I was surprised by how easy it was! Nom!
