I first spied photos of CNR Cafe’s vegan offerings when I joined the Perth Social Vegans Meetup Group and I’ve dreamed about visiting them ever since. Last weekend I finally got my wish…

It was a Sunday afternoon… People lounged on bean bags in the Northbridge Piazza, soaking up the winter sunshine and the free jazz…

Whilst two very hungry vegans set up camp at CNR Cafe…

The Vegan breakfast ($18 and available all day, every day) was hefty and delicious. The beans could maybe have been a little better, but overall this breakfast was awesome! The mix of salt & pepper macadamia cheese, caramelised onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, crunchy wedges and toast was sensational. Possibly the best vegan breakfast in town, and you definitely won’t go home hungry.

CNR offer raw vegan dishes too (hurray!) and their raw Pad Thai was everything I’d hoped for and more. I tried really, really hard to share it, really I did. πŸ˜‰ This dish was a little on the pricey side at $19.90, but was hands down the best zucchini noodle dish I have eaten outside of my own kitchen and I felt amazing afterwards. So worth it.

CNR offer quite a few vegan and gluten-free options – all clearly marked on their menu. Β Check out theirΒ Facebook page for daily shenanigans and menu updates from their friendly staff, and then round up your family/BFFs and head on down there to try them out for yourself. πŸ™‚

Is that the cafe under the screen at the Piazza? I’ll have to add that to the list, those dishes look amazing! I also recently joined the social vegans meetup group πŸ™‚

I had the vegan breakfast at CNR this morning and loved it! That nut cheese… yum! My friend and I were unsure if it’s pronounced C.N.R. or Corner?! So good to see more and more places offering vegan and raw options πŸ™‚ xx

I haven’t been to CNR Cafe before, I’ll definitely have to add that to my list of places to visit! πŸ™‚ The Cheese Monster definitely needs to try that nut cheese! The Vegan Meet-ups sound fun, are they held very often?

Anyone been there for dinner? I would like to go this weekend and just wondering what people’s experience of the vegan dinner menu options have been? Thanks!

Oooh, no I’m yet to try dinner and would be curious to hear how others found it as well. If it’s anything like the lunches, it’ll be delish!
