I stayed the night at my parental’s house last night and my gorgeous Mum packed this vegan lunchbox for me to take to work today!  How lucky am I??!!

Curried Pumpkin and Veg Soup, Coriander Rice Salad and Fruit Salad, mmmmm…  Mums rock!  ♥

**There may or may not have been a muesli bar in there somewhere too, that I may or may not have scoffed on the train on the way in.
