From the kitchen of: Rebecca Weller - Vegan Sparkles
- 300ml coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 handfuls of frozen watermelon pieces
- A splash of coconut oil (optional)
- A splash of pure maple or agave nectar
- Blend until smooth! If you're not using a Vitamix or high-powered blender, you might need to defrost the watermelon a little first, because it freezes into super-hard blocks.
